Territory Manager, Eye Care – Trenton, NJ
Key Responsibilities:
- Trenton, NJ territory includes Bucks County, Sussex County, and Trenton, NJ.
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with targeted ECP accounts; represent the company’s vision and culture to the Eye Care community.
- Use disease-state knowledge, marketplace insight, and industry/business trends to manage and drive business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and provide appropriate disease-state information to ECP accounts.
- Achieve business goals quarterly and annually; drive territory performance while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback on strategic initiatives with field leadership and internal partners.
- Demonstrate company culture norms through customer interactions and collaboration.
- Use territory business planning tools to uncover additional business opportunities.
- Manage and utilize approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies; maintain integrity and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus at least 2 years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with a proven record in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology (experience and/or education combinations considered).
- Live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel; overnight travel may be required.
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Meet access requirements for target offices and healthcare facilities in assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000.
