Responsibilities:
- The Trenton, NJ territory includes Bucks County, Sussex County, and Trenton, NJ.
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts; represent Viatris’ vision & culture to the Eye Care community.
- Leverage disease-state knowledge, the marketplace, and industry/business trends to manage and pull through business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and appropriate disease-state information to target ECP accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual business goals; drive territory performance while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback on strategic initiatives in partnership with the field leadership team and internal partners.
- Demonstrate company culture norms through customer interactions and collaboration; willingness to support others.
- Use territory business planning tools to uncover additional business opportunities.
- Manage and utilize approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies with high integrity and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with a proven track record in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology; combination of experience and/or education considered.
- Must live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel as required (overnight travel may be needed).
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Must meet all access requirements for target offices and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
