Territory Manager, Eye Care – Peabody, MA

Key responsibilities:
- The Peabody, MA territory includes Lynn, MA; Lowell, MA; Boston, MA; Portland, ME; Nashua, NH; Manchester, NH; and Dover, NH.
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts; represent Viatris’s vision and culture to the Eye Care community.
- Leverage disease-state knowledge, the marketplace, and industry/business trends to manage and pull through business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and appropriate disease-state information to targeted ECP accounts.
- Achieve business goals quarterly and annually while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback on strategic initiatives to field leadership and internal partners.
- Demonstrate company culture norms through customer interactions and collaboration.
- Use territory business planning tools to uncover additional business opportunities.
- Manage and utilize approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies with integrity and professionalism.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with a proven track record in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology (combination of experience and/or education considered).
- Live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel as required (overnight travel may be needed).
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Meet access requirements for target offices and healthcare facilities in the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.

Compensation (as stated):
- Salary range: $98,000.00–$147,941.00 USD.
