Territory Manager, Eye Care – Nashville, TN
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover the Nashville, TN territory (Nashville, TN; Bowling Green, KY; Huntsville, AL).
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with targeted ECP accounts; represent the organization’s vision and culture to the Eye Care community.
- Use disease-state knowledge, marketplace insight, and industry/business trends to manage and drive pull-through of business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and relevant disease-state information to ECP accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual business goals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to field leadership and internal partners on strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrate company culture norms through customer interactions and collaboration.
- Use territory business planning tools to uncover additional business opportunities.
- Manage and utilize approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies with integrity and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with proven success in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology; combination of experience/education considered.
- Live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Travel required; overnight travel may be needed.
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Meet all access requirements for target offices and healthcare facilities in the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
Compensation (salary range):
- $100,000–$150,000 (Professional level)
- $108,000–$162,000 (Senior level)
