Key responsibilities:
- Nashville, TN territory includes Nashville, TN; Bowling Green, KY; and Huntsville, AL.
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts; represent the vision & culture of Viatris to the Eye Care community.
- Leverage disease-state knowledge, marketplace, and industry/business trends to manage and drive pull-through business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and relevant disease-state information to targeted ECP accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual business goals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to field leadership and internal partners on strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrate company culture norms through customer interactions and collaboration.
- Use territory business planning tools to uncover additional business opportunities.
- Manage and utilize approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies; demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with a proven track record in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology.
- Live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driverβs License and acceptable driving record.
- Travel required (overnight travel may be needed).
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Meet all access requirements for target offices and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000β$150,000 (Professional) and $108,000β$162,000 (Senior).
