Territory Manager, Eye Care – Fort Worth, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts; represent the company vision and culture to the Eye Care community.
- Leverage disease-state knowledge, marketplace, and industry/business trends to manage and drive business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and provide appropriate disease-state information to target ECP accounts.
- Achieve business goals quarterly and annually while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Partner with field leadership and internal teams to provide customer insights and feedback on strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrate company culture norms through customer interactions and collaboration.
- Use territory business planning tools to uncover additional opportunities.
- Manage and use approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
- Comply with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies with integrity and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with a proven record in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology.
- Live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel; overnight travel may be required depending on territory.
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Meet access requirements for target offices and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
Compensation (as stated):
- Professional: $100,000.00–$150,000.00 USD; Senior: $108,000.00–$162,000.00 USD.
