Key Responsibilities:
- The Cherry Hill, NJ territory includes Cherry Hill, Marlton, Moorestown, Vineland, Berlin, Westmont, Sewell, Northeast Philadelphia, and Manahawkin.
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with targeted ECP accounts; represent Viatris’s vision and culture to the Eye Care community.
- Leverage disease-state knowledge, the marketplace, and industry/business trends to manage and pull through business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and provide appropriate disease-state information to target ECP accounts.
- Achieve business goals on a quarterly and annual basis while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to the field leadership team and internal partners on strategic initiatives.
- Utilize territory business planning tools to uncover additional business opportunities.
- Manage and use approved resources effectively to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies with high integrity and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with a successful track record in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and understanding of medical terminology (combination of experience and/or education considered).
- Must live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel; overnight travel may be needed.
- Eye care experience preferred, but not required.
- Meet all access requirements for target offices and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficient in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.

Compensation (as stated):
- $100,000–$150,000 for Territory Manager; $108,000–$162,000 for Senior Territory Manager.
