Key responsibilities for the Territory Manager, Eye Care β Cherry Hill, NJ role include:
- The Cherry Hill, NJ territory includes Cherry Hill, Marlton, Moorestown, Vineland, Berlin, Westmont, Sewell, Northeast Philadelphia, and Manahawkin.
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with targeted ECP accounts and represent the vision and culture of Viatris to the Eye Care community.
- Leverage disease-state knowledge, marketplace knowledge, and industry/business trends to manage and pull through business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and provide appropriate disease-state information to target ECP accounts.
- Achieve business goals quarterly and annually; drive territory performance while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback on strategic initiatives in partnership with field leadership and internal teams.
- Demonstrate company culture norms through customer interactions and collaboration.
- Use territory business planning tools to uncover additional business opportunities.
- Manage and utilize approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies; maintain integrity and professionalism.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales experience with a successful track record in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology.
- Must live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driverβs License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel as required; overnight travel may be needed.
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Must meet access requirements for target offices and health care facilities within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
Compensation (salary range):
- Territory Manager: $100,000 - $150,000
- Senior Territory Manager: $108,000 - $162,000
