Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell dermatological products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
- Develop, analyze, and prioritize territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means.
- Use product, healthcare, pharmaceutical marketplace, managed care, and customer market knowledge to meet or exceed customer needs.
- Understand and execute sales territory management and customer development.
- Establish and maintain excellent communications and working relationships with coworkers and assigned physicians/healthcare providers.
- Participate in scheduled company sales meetings, district/regional conference calls, and other business meetings.
- Model honesty and integrity consistent with company standards and compliance policies.
- Other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- Minimum 3 years successful sales experience in a quota-driven role.
- Dermatology and/or selling biologics strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude.
- Strong urgency and customer service orientation for administrative responsibilities.
- Strong business acumen; ability to understand market opportunities.
- Preferred: strong knowledge of the business/market in the assigned territory.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
- High integrity and ethical conduct.
- Valid driverโs license; some overnight travel may be required.
- Physical requirements: drive long periods in a large territory; lift sample boxes (25 lbs); remain standing for prolonged presentations/lunches; perform other assigned duties.
