Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell dermatological products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
- Develop, analyze, and prioritize territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means.
- Apply product, healthcare, pharmaceutical marketplace, managed care, and customer market knowledge to meet or exceed customer needs.
- Understand and execute sales territory management and customer development.
- Maintain excellent communications and working relationships with co-workers and assigned physicians/healthcare providers.
- Participate in scheduled company sales meetings, district/regional conference calls, and other business meetings.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity consistent with company standards and compliance policies.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- Minimum 3 years successful sales experience in a quota-driven role.
- Dermatology and/or selling biologics strongly preferred.
- Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- Strong customer service orientation and urgency for administrative responsibilities.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of the business/market in the assigned territory preferred.
- Ability to travel as required by the territory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
- Maintain a high degree of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Valid driverโs license; some overnights may be required.
- Physical requirements: drive in a large territory for long periods daily; lift sample boxes up to 25 lbs; remain standing for prolonged periods during presentations/lunches; perform other assigned duties.
