Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell dermatological products to current and potential customers within a defined geography
- Develop, analyze, and prioritize territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means
- Use functional/technical knowledge of products, healthcare/pharmaceutical marketplaces, managed care, and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs
- Execute sales territory management and customer development
- Establish and maintain excellent communications and working relationships with co-workers and assigned physicians/healthcare providers
- Participate in scheduled company sales meetings, district/regional conference calls, and other business meetings
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity consistent with company standards and policies for business/compliance matters
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree required
- 3+ years successful sales experience in a quota-driven role
- Dermatology and/or selling biologics strongly preferred
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning
- High sense of urgency for customer service and administrative responsibilities
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities
- Strong knowledge of the business/market in the assigned territory preferred
- Ability to travel as required by the territory
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced environment
- High integrity and always ethical
- Valid driverโs license; some overnights may be required
- Ability to physically perform duties: driving long periods in a large territory, lifting sample boxes (25 pounds), standing for prolonged periods during presentations/lunches, and other assigned duties
