Territory Manager

Position Summary
- Lead the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating HCPs, building trusted customer relationships, driving adoption, and achieving territory sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management/Business Execution: Build understanding of disease state/clinical data/guidelines; develop and execute a territory business plan; drive product adoption and compliant utilization; analyze trends/customer needs/competition and course-correct; meet sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones; maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Customer Engagement/Selling Excellence: Execute strategic call plans; demonstrate curiosity/adaptability and embrace innovative engagement; apply business acumen for territory planning; build/sustain relationships with HCPs and decision-makers; communicate clinical data, product value, access info, and appropriate patient identification; deliver high-quality presentations and address questions; partner to address patient access barriers and support pull-through.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams and field partners to elevate customer/patient experience; share insights/best practices; provide market/customer/competitive updates; support meetings, launch initiatives, and programs.
- Compliance/Culture: Operate with integrity and full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements; maintain professionalism/accountability/ethical conduct.

Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred: 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales; specialty sales (cardiometabolic); prior launch experience; track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and building customer relationships; strong clinical acumen; excellent territory planning/organization/communication; self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

- Strong selling, territory planning, communication, and customer engagement; ability to thrive in fast-paced launch environment.

Travel
- Up to 60%.

Benefits/Compensation
- Eligible for medical, dental, vision, time off, 401K, and participation in incentive plans (contingent on performance).
- US Salary Range: $130,000–$165,000.
