Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals for assigned territory and product portfolio.
- Determine strategic approach to gain access and acceptance for OraPharma specialty dental products.
- Develop and manage territory business plans (forecast, routing, customer segmentation, product implementation, etc.).
- Implement pre-defined sales/marketing strategies via clinical education and promotion of OraPharma specialty dental products.
- Manage customer account service levels (call frequency, business consulting, utilization, etc.).
- Complete administrative requirements (CRM, expense/mileage reporting, monthly calendar planning, etc.).
- Travel within the territory for business and outside the territory for events (meetings, trade shows, etc.).
- Comply with company policies/procedures and all federal and state laws/regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree preferred with relevant medical device or dental sales experience OR Associates degree with healthcare clinical practice experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior sales experience in an FDA or other regulated business (preferred).
- Medical device or dental sales experience (strongly preferred); B2B experience considered.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build business relationships.
- Collaborative team environment experience.
- Customer base within assigned territory; maintain home office.
- Valid driverโs license required.
- 95% time in field in front of customers; 25% overnight travel.
- Strong project management (create and execute business plans).
- Ability to interpret/utilize business data; communicate effectively (written/oral); understand/present clinical information.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Salesforce, sales database, web applications).
