The Territory Business Manager, Dermatology β Washington, DC will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization. This territory covers Washington, DC and Northern VA, and the candidate is preferred to be located in territory.
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while ensuring all legal and compliance regulations.
- Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Minimum two years of quota-driven sales experience (preferred: dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales).
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- High sense of urgency and customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based, results-oriented environment.
