The Territory Business Manager, Dermatology β Shaumburg, IL (reports to the District Business Manager) is responsible for driving product awareness and utilization and achieving/exceeding overall sales initiatives in a defined territory.
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal/compliance regulations
- Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and strategic mindset to gain customer access
- Coordinate/collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to provide outstanding customer service
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 2 years proven quota-driven sales experience (preferably dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical)
- Bachelorβs degree required
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and aptitude for learning
- Strong urgency/customer service orientation
- Ability to travel as required by territory
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture
