The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness and utilization within Southern CT (Guilford to Greenwich). Candidate is preferred to be located in territory.
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and dermatology product knowledge and compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and comply with legal/regulatory requirements.
- Use marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
- Utilize direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and strategic mindset to gain customer access.
- Coordinate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to support total account management and outstanding customer service.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience (preference: dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical).
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- High urgency with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required by the territory.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based, results-oriented culture.
