The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization, achieving and exceeding overall sales initiatives within a defined territory covering Southern CT from Guilford to Greenwich (candidate preferred to be located in territory).
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal/compliance adherence.
- Use marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
- Use effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and strategic mindset to gain customer access.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- Strong sense of urgency/customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
