The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization within Southern CT (from Guilford to Greenwich). Candidate is preferred to be located in territory.
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal/compliance regulations.
- Utilize marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain access to customers.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 2 years quota-driven sales experience; preferred dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and aptitude for learning.
- Strong customer-service urgency.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
