Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while meeting all legal and compliance regulations
- Utilize marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities
- Use effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
- Sell in a changing health care environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to understand the environment and gain access to customers
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage every member of a healthcare office and deliver outstanding customer service through total account management
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and associated organizations
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role (preference: dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales)
- Bachelorโs degree from a four-year college or university (required)
- Valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning
- High sense of urgency with strong customer service orientation
- Ability to travel as required by the territory
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture
