Responsibilities:
- Use business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Build strong disease and product knowledge and compliantly promote dermatology products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and follow legal/compliance regulations.
- Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Apply critical thinking and a strategic mindset to navigate a changing healthcare environment and gain customer access.
- Coordinate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to provide outstanding customer service across healthcare offices.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and related organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelorโs degree from a four-year college or university.
- Valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude.
- Urgency with a customer-service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required by the territory.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced environment.
