The Position
Territory Business Manager (Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex). Report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness/utilization, achieving and exceeding sales initiatives by building effective relationships and partnering with physicians and healthcare office staff within a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Use business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Build strong disease and dermatology product knowledge to compliantly promote products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and meet legal/compliance requirements.
- Apply knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and strategic mindset to gain customer access.
- Coordinate/collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Deliver patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
Required Education & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated sustained high performance; strong aptitude for learning.
- Customer-service urgency.
- Ability to travel as required by territory.
- Thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
