The Position
Territory Business Manager (Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex) reporting to the District Business Manager; responsible for driving product awareness and utilization and achieving/exceeding overall sales initiatives by developing relationships and partnering with physicians and relevant healthcare office personnel within a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Use business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Build strong disease and dermatology product knowledge to compliantly promote products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while meeting all legal/compliance regulations.
- Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Apply critical thinking and a strategic mindset to sell in a changing healthcare environment and gain customer access.
- Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver customer service.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience (preferred: dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical).
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- Valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude.
- Customer-service oriented urgency.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
