Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure all legal/compliance regulations.
- Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Utilize effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain access to customers.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage all members of a healthcare office and deliver outstanding customer service via total account management.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum two years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- High sense of urgency with customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required by the territory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
