The Territory Business Manager, Dermatology will report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness and utilization, achieving/exceeding sales initiatives by building relationships and partnering with physicians and relevant stakeholders within a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Use business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Build disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and follow legal/compliance regulations.
- Use marketplace and reimbursement landscape knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
- Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Use critical thinking and a strategic mindset to navigate a changing health care environment and gain customer access.
- Coordinate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue for total account management and outstanding customer service.
- Maintain an active presence and relationships in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- Valid driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Proven sustained high performance and ability to learn.
- Strong customer service urgency.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
