The Territory Business Manager, Allergy β North/Central New Jersey will report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness and utilization. Work to achieve/exceed sales initiatives by building relationships and partnering with physicians and healthcare office staff within a defined territory.
Responsibilities:
- Use business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Build disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals in compliance with all legal/regulatory requirements.
- Use knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Use critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access in a changing healthcare environment.
- Coordinate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- 2+ years quota-driven sales experience (preferred: dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical).
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
- Strong customer-service urgency.
- Ability to travel as required (75%).
- Thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
