The Territory Business Manager, Allergy β North/Central New Jersey drives product awareness and utilization within a defined territory (North New Jersey and the Tri State Area). The role reports to the District Business Manager and works to achieve and exceed sales initiatives by partnering with physicians and collaborating with healthcare staff and internal colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal/compliance adherence.
- Use marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Apply critical thinking and strategic mindset to navigate a changing health care environment and gain customer access.
- Coordinate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Build relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and related organizations.
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience; preference: dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Valid driverβs license with acceptable driving record.
- Sustained high performance and strong learning aptitude.
- Strong customer service urgency.
- Ability to travel as required by territory.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based culture.
