Role Summary

Territory Business Manager to promote OTC Oral Health products to Dentists and Hygienists. Responsible for delivering customer recommendations through effective sales calls, account development, personal rapport, science-based selling, use of promotional materials and customer commitment to Haleon OTC products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in demanding, fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Successfully perform all required duties in assigned territory, promoting aligned Haleon OTC Oral Care products.
  • Partner with Division Sales Manager to achieve company targets within an assigned territory.
  • Become the owner of your territory to think strategically on expanding reach to our new potential customers and partner with other field-based business units.
  • Understand and embrace navigating in an Omni Channel environment centered on Dental Healthcare Professional.
  • Using industry leading CRM (Sales Force, PowerBI, and Veeva) software to manage customers data, leading to better engagement.
  • Safely and adhering to our compliance guidelines, store all product samples, maintain an accurate inventory, and effectively utilize based on customer recommendation levels.

Qualifications

  • Required: Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene or a Bachelor's degree
  • Travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of outside dental, healthcare, or business to business account management
  • Strong leadership and performance history
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

  • High-level selling skills, including account-based selling, strategic thinking, driving results, and ability to close business
  • Understanding of local healthcare marketplace and key trends
