Territory Account Manager (TAM) β Long-acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
- Engage HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial needs/opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale treatment models to reach more patients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience.
- Provide exceptional service by proactively anticipating and addressing HCP needs/requests.
- Deliver/adapt execution plans using KPIs, scaling successes, and business problem-solving.
- Develop external relationships with influential customers and thought leaders.
- Follow key compliance/regulatory guidelines; escalate issues/risks as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestic travel as necessary (may include overnight; majority of time in market)
- Valid Driverβs License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences; strong planning/analytical/business problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional matrix experience; excellent written/oral communication
- Experience in complex market access coverage; cold chain treatment product experience
- Knowledge of HIV treatment/prevention; Spanish bilingual (preferred)
- Experience in integrated account team models
Compensation/Benefits (if based in listed US locations):
- Annual base salary range: $145,500β$242,500; annual bonus; eligible long-term incentive.
