Territory Account Manager (TAM) β Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities in target accounts
- Deliver results through exceptional sales and service; provide proactive customer service by anticipating and addressing HCP needs/requests
- Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients
- Coordinate cross-functionally (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience
- Maintain portfolio-based selling mindset and close internal communication loops to ensure cohesive, integrated customer experience
- Deliver and adapt execution plans to meet performance goals using KPIs and business problem-solving
- Develop external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
- Understand and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines; escalate issues/risks as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestic travel as necessary (including overnight); majority of time in market
- Valid Driverβs License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical ability, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Experience in complex market access coverage; cold chain treatment product procurement/management/admin
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in integrated account team model with multiple field-based team members
