Key Duties & Responsibilities (Territory Account Manager – future field-based opportunities):
- Build strategic customer partnerships with key decision-makers across target accounts.
- Navigate complex health systems by engaging clinical, administrative, pharmacy, formulary, and protocol stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans reflecting customer priorities, institutional dynamics, access considerations, and business opportunities.
- Identify barriers and unlock solutions supporting patient identification, access, and long-term account growth.
- Provide product/clinical expertise using approved messaging and compliant engagement practices.
- Support access and formulary efforts with value-based messaging and collaboration on pull-through strategies.
- Drive business performance through planning, execution, forecasting, and follow-through.
- Collaborate across teams while modeling ethics, integrity, and compliance.
Required Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
- Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
- Progressive pharmaceutical/biotech sales and account management experience.
- Track record of results with strong customer/patient focus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic account planning.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience navigating sophisticated customer systems/processes (institutional decision-making; access/formulary dynamics where applicable).
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license; travel by car/plane up to 80%.
- Overnight travel ~10–30% may be required.
- Meet customer credentialing requirements (background screening, training, vaccination as applicable).

Pay Range:
- $133,600 - $200,400.
