Role Summary

Territory Account Manager, Long Island. Drive sales and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory, promoting radiopharmaceutical products and supporting the international roll-out of the prostate cancer imaging agent.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the territory; develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets; conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients; provide excellent customer service; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features and benefits; conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports for management; analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies; monitor industry regulation changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management (5+ years strongly preferred), preferably in pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical industries; previous product launch experience required; documented track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology preferred; proficiency in developing and driving the sales process; experience working with third-party companies preferred.
  • Knowledge of US reimbursement landscape; ability to manage technical biologics manufacture and/or bioconjugation for ADC projects conducted by external vendors; ability to multitask in a busy drug development program; strong project management skills including contracting, budget tracking, and timeline management.
  • Aptitude to learn and contribute to technical subjects; effective written and verbal communication; proactive, creative, and collaborative; ability to travel up to 75% (domestic).
