Territory Account Manager (TAM) β Long-Acting HIV Injectable Prevention Sales
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities
- Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans that help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients
- Coordinate cross-functionally (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated customer/product experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing HCP needs and requests
- Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and business problem solving
- Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
- Act in line with company culture/values; escalate issues and risks when needed; follow compliance and regulatory guidelines
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestic travel as necessary (including overnight); majority of time spent in market
- Valid Driverβs License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical ability, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Experience influencing/collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix environment
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Experience in complex market access coverage and with cold chain treatment products
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Experience with integrated account team models

Compensation/Benefits: US base salary range $145,500β$242,500 plus annual bonus and eligibility for long-term incentive; health care/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
