Territory Account Manager (TAM) β€” long-acting HIV Prevention Sales

Responsibilities:
- Deliver results through exceptional sales and service
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities
- Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients
- Coordinate and partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience
- Maintain portfolio-based selling mindset; ensure cohesive, integrated customer experience
- Provide proactive customer service; anticipate and address HCP needs and requests
- Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and business problem-solving
- Develop relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
- Act consistent with values; embrace ambiguity in launch environments; escalate issues/risks; follow compliance/regulatory guidelines

Basic Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestically travel as necessary (majority of time in market; may include overnight travel)
- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving
- Cross-functional influence in matrix environment; excellent written/oral communication
- Experience in complex market access coverage; cold chain treatment products
- Knowledge of HIV treatment/prevention markets
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in integrated account team models

Compensation/Benefits (US): $145,500–$242,500 base salary; annual bonus; long-term incentive eligibility; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays/vacation, caregiver/parental and medical leave.
