Your Role: Talent Sourcing Partner, Global Manufacturing & Quality
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage passive talent globally for complex, niche, and confidential roles across manufacturing sites and corporate M&Q functions.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and HRBPs to understand technical requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using drip sequences and nurturing strategies to build long-term talent pipelines.
- Use sourcing tools (Gem CRM, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter) to track engagement metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Manage high-volume outreach while ensuring a premium candidate experience and alignment with the employer brand.
Qualifications (Minimum):
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of talent sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment, including proactive outbound sourcing.
- Proficiency managing pipelines in a CRM and ATS.
- Demonstrated experience influencing and collecting input across multiple organizational levels.
Preferred:
- Experience navigating global talent markets and influencing stakeholders across time zones/geographies.
- Data analytics and KPI experience to measure sourcing effectiveness and optimize funnels.
- Hands-on experience with Gem and Workday.
- Success in high-volume outreach and automated drip sequence campaigns.
- Ability to nurture and engage executive/senior-level talent for confidential placements.
Additional Information:
- Travel: 10%
- Location: Global Elanco Headquarters – Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)
