Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operations
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles; collaborate with HRBPs on TA planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Partner with HRBPs and hiring leaders to understand workforce planning needs and build hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract highly specialized talent.
- Ensure a seamless, compliant, and high-quality candidate experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, diversity of hire, pipeline strength) and implement continuous improvements.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and specialized search firms.
- Strengthen employer brand via LinkedIn, careers page, and other channels.
- Optimize recruitment systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, LinkedIn, background check services, and talent analytics platforms).
Contractor Workforce Management
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of contractor/consultant/contingent workforce (onboarding, compliance, offboarding) with the user provisioning team.
- Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers, and business leaders to assess contractor resource needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Manage contractor agreement process for compliance and consistency.
- Partner with procurement, finance, and functional leaders to manage vendor relationships and staffing agencies.
- Ensure compliance with co-employment regulations, worker classification laws, and industry-specific requirements.
- Monitor utilization, cost efficiency, and workforce scalability; implement processes/systems for visibility and governance.
- Support strategies balancing full-time and contingent labor; develop a contractor dashboard for size/demographics.
HR Generalist (as needed)
- Manage employee relations matters (investigations, conflict resolution, performance concerns).
- Support performance management (goal setting, feedback cycles, development planning).
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and biopharma industry regulations.
- Assist with policy development, organizational design, and change management.
- Drive engagement, culture-building, and retention.
Education & Licenses And Experience
- Bachelorโs degree and 5+ years related experience (or equivalent); full cycle recruitment experience required.
Competencies & Skills
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends, including AI and LinkedIn Recruiter Seat candidate mining.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; adapt under pressure.
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities and follow through timely.
- Strong collaboration and effective verbal/written communication.
- Proficient in business productivity software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Some travel may be required.
