Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers, review resumes for minimum qualifications, conduct phone interviews, and participate in face-to-face interviews
- Negotiate and extend hiring offers
- Source passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Strategize with hiring managers and HR business partners using market data insights
- Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing
- Track and maintain reporting of applicant and position metrics
- Track and manage recruitment agency spend for assigned business unit
- Implement creative recruitment tactics; stay aware of local, state, and national labor and recruitment trends
- Develop best practices for recruitment and retention
- Work within ATS system guidelines and manage applicant/candidate activity
- Use interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit
- Develop and maintain contacts with schools, professional organizations, and companies to attract applicants
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- 4-year degree and at least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Or, high school equivalent with 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Demonstrated experience sourcing and converting passive talent into hires
- Proven relationship-building and excellent interpersonal/coaching skills
- Ability to work with various business units and departments
- Ability to gather/analyze information; resourcefulness and initiative

- Ability to act independently; plan, organize, and multi-task
- Professional communication (oral and written)
