Responsibilities: source, attract, and coordinate top talent for exempt and non-exempt positions; partner with hiring managers on needs, market trends, and offer strategies; deliver a personalized candidate experience; manage multiple requisitions across locations; participate in full-cycle recruitment and process improvements. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years in strategic talent acquisition across sciences, sales, tech, or legal; 2+ years with Workday ATS; strong influencing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills; proficient in MS Office and internet research. Preferred: Bachelor's degree; experience in process-driven settings; ability to handle sensitive information, multitask effectively, and maintain composure under pressure. Work environment: supporting a growing organization with multiple locations; physical demands include sitting, standing, and lifting up to 15 pounds; pre-employment checks required.
