Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager - Risk and Governance will support Talent Acquisition teams in employment and hiring compliance globally including pre-hire requirements and immigration activities, manage audits and external legal requirements, and develop governance for Talent Acquisition practices.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the global evaluation, design and establishment of processes and controls to ensure Talent Acquisition practices are best-in-class for compliance
  • Develop, maintain and communicate policies and procedures that govern Talent Acquisition practices to ensure compliance
  • Responsible for compliance activities related to all applicable Corporate, Federal, Country, Regional and Local Policies and procedures
  • Act as main point of contact for Employment Law, Internal Audit, external vendors including First Advantage and outside counsel
  • Maintain compliance with Market Test rules and regulations set by Employment Law and DOJ for Sponsorship
  • Act as point of contact for Sponsorship requirements for applications
  • Support periodic review of applicable data protection policies in light of changes in laws, regulatory or organizational policy
  • Monitoring and evaluation of evolving laws, rules, regulations and guidance to help maintain compliance and strategic alignment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition or Talent Acquisition Operations experience
  • Ability to interact with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and stakeholders
  • Knowledge and/or experience with OFCCP, global hiring rules and regulations and external labor laws a plus
  • Able to manage and coordinate external and internal partners
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
