Role Summary
Associate Manager, Compensation on the Total Rewards team responsible for day-to-day operations of key programs, delivering data analyses, and supporting various compensation initiatives. Role requires collaboration with the Total Rewards group, HR, and business units, with opportunities to engage in additional projects. Location options include Sleepy Hollow, NY or Warren, NJ with a minimum of 4 onsite days.
Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in compensation projects and initiatives such as pay equity, job leveling, and pay incentive reviews.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the annual year-end compensation process.
- Provide Compensation Partner support to assigned client business groups, partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.
- Perform market pricing, data management, and assist with compensation surveys.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of compensation data in HR systems.
- Support Workday compensation functionality; collaborate with the compensation team and HR technology on testing the advanced compensation module.
- Conduct research and ad hoc analyses to support compensation projects.
- Provide support for key compensation programs such as profit sharing, recognition programs, and early career programs.
- Offer input and guidance related to job documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or similar.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets and convert insights into recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete projects timely and accurately.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with employees and partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
