Talent Acquisition Manager

Role: Talent Acquisition Manager leading full-lifecycle recruiting and hiring strategy for an emerging biopharma company focused on precision psychiatry. Responsibilities: develop hiring plans, manage TA processes, partner with HR/Finance on budgeting, oversee external recruiters, and build employer branding. Scope includes recruiting across R&D, clinical, commercial, and technical functions; managing both individual contributor and executive hires; ensuring compliance with employment laws; and reporting on TA metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within biotech, healthcare, or tech sectors; proficiency with ATS, sourcing tools, and vendor negotiations; deep understanding of federal and California employment regulations; familiarity with therapeutic areas like neuroscience, psychiatry, or related clinical domains. Preferred: experience managing scalable TA teams, employer branding, and HRBP/Operations roles. High-value specifics: focus on biotech/healthcare talent, clinical, R&D, and commercial functions, supporting fast-growth organizational needs. Location: Mountain View, CA or remote; light travel required.
