Position Overview
- Consolidate WCH results for actuals and cycle planning.
- Support the End-to-End WCH Finance Director and manufacturing and above sites (including sites in Asia/Europe/South America).
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and quarterly close activities and build required BvAs.
- Coordinate meetings for commentary review (Actuals/Planning).
- Coordinate the WCH JU/NU/BP process (communication, consolidation, analysis).
- Calculate and book FAA entries for Mexico, Puerto Rico, and US sites.
- Work with peers to standardize and harmonize among the 4 Surgery platforms.
- Support the co-op on daily activities.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Inventory team as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in accounting, management, finance, or a related quantitative discipline (preferred).
- 2 years of supply chain experience (required).
- Advanced systems knowledge: Excel, TM1, Anaplan, AFO, PAX.
- Advanced experience creating and analyzing Excel pivot tables for data analysis and reporting.
