Supervisor Process Maintenance (Wednesday–Saturday 2:00pm–12:30am) — Oversees Large Scale 10k process area maintenance operations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule maintenance repairs/modifications of facility and process equipment.
- Troubleshoot process equipment problems and make required changes.
- Advise supervision of Process Maintenance Technicians and Process Maintenance Leads to achieve high performance goals in a cGMP (FDA regulated) environment.
- Lead continuous improvement, 5S, and Lean initiatives.
- Coach, counsel, and manage team performance.
- Review departmental operations and recommend changes to management.
- Forecast resource requirements and submit budget recommendations to management.
- Supervise, coordinate, and ensure compliance of contractors and Regeneron employees with applicable codes and standards.
- Support Deviation Management process, including NOE, EOE, and DNF investigations and reviews.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Interpersonal and communication skills; thoughtful and decisive decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail, including budgeting management experience.
- Ability to see the “Big Picture” and respond accordingly.
- Ensure highest level of customer service for internal and external customers.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and related software.
- AS in engineering, science, or related field and 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical production operations for aseptic formulations, filling, and lyophilization (equivalent education/experience may be considered).

Compensation:
- Salary range (annually): $78,700.00 - $128,700.00
