Operations
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, picking, and delivery of materials to support manufacturing.
- Coordinate daily activities and staffing to meet production schedules and operational demands.
- Execute and monitor inventory transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness within ERP/WMS systems.
- Oversee cycle counts and physical inventory activities; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Support material movement and flow across warehouse areas to maintain efficiency and service levels.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP/GDP, safety standards, and internal SOPs for materials management.
- Support investigations related to deviations, discrepancies, and CAPAs with timely documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain inspection readiness through accurate documentation and compliant execution.
- Escalate compliance or operational risks to management as appropriate.
- Provide day-to-day supervision, direction, and support to warehouse staff.
- Train and onboard employees on procedures, systems, and safety requirements.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback/coaching to maintain compliance.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to align materials availability and priorities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Communicate daily priorities, issues, and performance metrics to the team and leadership.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 4–6+ years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, or supply chain in a cGMP-regulated environment (pharma/biotech preferred).
- 1–3+ years of supervisory/team lead experience in a warehouse or materials environment.
- Working knowledge of cGMP/GDP requirements, inventory control, and materials handling practices.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365) and inventory transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to support inventory accuracy (cycle counting and reconciliation).
- Experience supporting deviations, investigations, and CAPAs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize and escalate issues.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Ability to gown and enter manufacturing areas.
- May need to stand for long periods.
- Lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- May need to cover/work alternate schedules.

Schedule:
- Onsite Monday–Friday in Burlington; some days in Cambridge may be required during transition.
