Supervisor, Manufacturing - OTTAVA

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Supervisor, Manufacturing Product and Packaging Operations to join the Ottava production team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and take responsibility for the daily production build plan
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks
- Supervise a team of technicians; hire and train new team members and mentor existing ones
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Document and share best practices across teams to foster innovation and operational excellence
- Track performance metrics and report progress to leadership

Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of an Associate’s degree and/or equivalent University degree (required)

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience
- Supervisory experience in medical devices
- Experience in Lean and Six Sigma and other continuous improvement processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams
- Strong personnel management skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in capital equipment in medical device manufacturing
- Familiarity with medical device labeling and packaging

Other:
- May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel
