Janssen Pharmaceuticals is recruiting for a Strategic Insight & Analytics Co-Op for the Spring semester of 2027 (Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze secondary data sources to answer business questions (ad hoc analysis)
- Create, refresh, process, and analyze performance trends via automated dashboards or data tables
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on national and subnational reporting deliverables
- Use data to generate insights and address critical business questions to drive strategic decisions
- Support market research projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelorβs degree (business/entrepreneurial preferred, not required)
- Analytical mindset and comfort using large amounts of data to drive insights
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required)
- Experience with dashboards/data visualization software (Tableau and/or Dataiku) preferred
- Open-mindedness, autonomy, and willingness to improve analytical skills
- Must reside within 30 miles of the location
Benefits/Pay (if applicable to role):
- Expected pay range: $23.50β$52.50 per hour (based on program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience)
- Medical benefits, sick time (up to 40 hours/yr; up to 56 hours/yr in Washington), and participation in consolidated retirement plan (pension)
