Main Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned strategic accounts; manage cross-functional internal/external teams and act as a business partner for Sanofi.
- Build and own strategic account plans; organize/deploy Sanofi resources to co-create value with customers and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and grow trust-based stakeholder relationships to generate revenue within Sanofi’s largest/most complex accounts.
- Gain deep understanding of customer business (pressures, drivers, priorities, challenges/opportunities) and healthcare competitive/value-based landscape.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; develop growth strategies, align teams, and build executive relationships.
- Conduct business coaching/strategy sessions with account teams; serve as the central focal point for account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.

Qualifications:
Minimum Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years field sales or account management
- Track record accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers
- Ability to translate health system market knowledge into strategic plans
- Execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple projects
- Experience working with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals/health systems/IHNs and other large customers
- Strong business acumen/strategic thinking; self-directed, organized
- Excellent written/oral communication
- Valid driver’s license; eligible for insurance; ability to safely operate a vehicle

Minimum Preferred Skills & Experience
- MBA or advanced degree; strong data analytics
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance
- Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases
- Experience leading teams with influence over key internal stakeholders

Travel:
- Up to 75%
