Main Responsibilities:
- Assume leadership for assigned accounts; provide overall account leadership to cross-functional internal/external team members.
- Build and execute strategic account plans; organize and deploy Sanofi resources to drive customer value co-creation and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow trust-based relationships with external stakeholders to generate revenue through partnerships with Sanofi’s largest/most complex customers.
- Develop deep understanding of customer business pressures/drivers, priorities, challenges and opportunities; maintain knowledge of business model, strategic goals, objectives, position in healthcare environment, value-based care, competitors, and financial levers.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; develop growth strategies and team alignment; build executive relationships with internal cross-functional teams.
- Conduct coaching and strategy sessions with account teams; serve as the central focal point for account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
- Broad understanding of health system decision-making processes and market trends; proven ability to access C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
- Proven ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans.
- Ability to execute initiatives, provide ongoing feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Field sales experience with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals, health systems, IHNs, and other large-organized customers.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; self-directed and organized.
- Ability to adapt in a shifting environment; excellent written/oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Strong data analytics.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases.
- Experience leading teams with impact/influence with key internal stakeholders.

Travel:
- Up to 75% travel.
