Main Responsibilities
- Assume leadership within assigned strategic accounts; provide overall account leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Build and own strategic account plans; organize/deploy resources to drive value co-creation and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow trust-based external stakeholder relationships to generate revenue through partnerships with Sanofi’s largest and most complex customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business drivers, priorities, challenges, and opportunities; maintain working knowledge of business model, goals/objectives, and competitive/financial dynamics.
- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities; work with customers to develop growth strategies, align teams, and build executive relationships with internal cross-functional partners.
- Conduct business coaching and strategy sessions with account teams to facilitate customer value co-creation and ensure internal alignment and account growth.
- Serve as the central focal point for communications on account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience (internal high performers may be considered with less).
- Broad understanding of health system business, decision-making processes, and market trends; proven track record accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
- Ability to translate health system market knowledge into strategic plans with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Demonstrated experience with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals, health systems, IHNs, and other large-organized customers.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; self-directed, organized, and adaptable.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license; eligible for insurance; able to safely operate a vehicle.

- Up to 75% travel to customers, conventions, training, and internal meetings.
