Main Responsibilities
- Assume leadership within assigned accounts; provide overall account leadership to cross-functional internal/external teams.
- Own assigned strategic customers as business partnerships for Sanofi; build strategic account plans; organize/deploy internal resources to drive value co-creation and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and grow trust-based relationships with external stakeholders to generate revenue within Sanofi’s largest/most complex customers.
- Develop deep understanding of customer business (pressures/drivers, priorities, challenges/opportunities); maintain knowledge of business model, strategic goals/objectives, and positioning in healthcare (value-based care, competitors, financial levers).
- Identify/qualify high-value opportunities; develop and drive growth strategies and executive relationships with internal cross-functional teams.
- Conduct business coaching and strategy sessions with account teams to support co-creation of customer value and internal alignment.
- Serve as the central focal point for communications on account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.

Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Skills & Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
- Knowledge of health system business/decision-making/market trends; proven access to C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
- Ability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, give feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.
- Experience with P&T committees and decision makers/influencers in hospitals/health systems/insured entities and other large-organized customers.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; self-directed/organized with strong execution/planning.
- Ability to adapt in a shifting environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid driver’s license; eligible for insurance; ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Minimum Preferred Skills & Experience
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Strong data analytics.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficiency with MS Office and customer management databases.
- Experience leading teams with influence/impact on key internal stakeholders.

Travel
- Up to 75% travel to customers, conventions, training, and internal meetings.
