Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions by acting as a key business owner of Invivyd resources for customers including Health Care Providers/Organizations, Centers of Excellence, IDN stakeholders, VA Centers, reimbursement personnel, and practice administrators; ensure customer inquiries are resolved.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue that drives patient-centered action and engages the full account to identify obstacles.
- Develop a strategic territory business plan by identifying shared priorities and leveraging account knowledge/tactics to drive product demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on account/territory strategy to maximize knowledge on accessing products/services.
- Aggregate customer and market data to apply multiple channels and drive total selling engagements.
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize accounts to maximize impact aligned to the strategic plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree from an accredited college/university (required).
- 10+ years of biopharma sales (preferred).
- Valid state driverโs license; pass an MVR background check (required).
- Live within the stated territory (required).
- Travel up to 100% within geography; ability to drive and/or fly (required).
- Be in the field five days per week for visits and complete required administrative tasks.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts and key segments (required).
- Strong ability to communicate compliant clinical product information (required).
- Experience in a matrixed environment; exposure to reimbursement, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels (required).
- Understanding of laws/regulations/industry codes (e.g., PhRMA Code) governing interactions with HCPs/HCOs (required).
- Knowledge of the VA system and rules for conducting business within VA.
- Results-oriented with strong time management.
- Broad understanding of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling a medical benefit product.
- Experience with Hem/Onc, Rheumatology, Transplant, Hospital/IDN, VA, immunology, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills to prioritize opportunities.
- Winning track record (e.g., beating quotas, Presidents Club wins, other awards).
Pay Range: $152,000 - $202,000. Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
